QLife

The QLife family includes hundreds of highly experienced LGBTIQ+ staff and volunteers Australia-wide. Queerspace
Queerspace provides a safe and supportive space to access information and services aimed at improving the health and well-being of the queer and LGBTIQA+ communities. Queerspace is staffed by queer identified practitioners, counsellors, group facilitators and community engagement workers and offers a range of support including individual, relationship and family counselling.
Rainbow Families Victoria
Rainbow Families Victoria is a volunteer community organisation based in Victoria, Australia. RFV supports and promotes equality for ‘rainbow’ families (parents, carers and prospective parents who identify as lesbian, gay, bi, transgender, gender diverse or intersex) including our children.
Rainbow Network
Rainbow Network began as an intimate peer support group of workers who would meet to discuss the shared challenges they faced when working towards meeting the needs of young SSAITGD consumers. The network has grown with a number of new SSAITGD youth groups starting up and a growing recognition of the needs of same sex attracted and trans young people.
Seahorse Victoria
Seahorse is a support and social group running regular meetings and fundraising events for the Victorian Transgender Community. Members are also involved in legislative reform and work with government and community groups in all aspects of human rights for the Victorian transgender community.
Switchboard
Switchboard Victoria is a community based not for profit organisation that provides peer based, volunteer run support services for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and intersex (LGBTQI) people and their friends, families and allies.
Transcend
Transcend provides parent/carer support, community connection, information, advocacy, and fundraising. It is a grassroots, unfunded support network and can direct you to the best available supports as close to home as possible.
Transfamily
TransFamily is a Melbourne-based, peer support group for parents, siblings, extended family and /or friends of a trans person.
Transgender Victoria
Transgender Victoria (TGV) was founded to achieve justice, equity and quality health and community service provision for trans and gender diverse (TGD) people, their partners, families and friends. TGV educates organisations and workplaces on how to provide better services for TGD people, and seeks ways to provide direct services to the TGD community.
